This role blends strategic thinking, venture capital and hands-on execution, translating ideas into validated concepts and investable business models. Working closely with founders, designers, and commercial leaders, the Venture Architect drives clarity, alignment, and momentum through every stage of venture formation.

The Director of Talent will be the architect of Hashed Health’s talent strategy. This role owns sourcing and recruiting for Hashed Health and supports talent initiatives across our portfolio companies. This rising talent leader will design how talent flows through our studio, including venture architects, commercialization experts, fractional operators, contracted expert resources, early-stage teams, and long-term startup leadership.
